These Terms of Sale (“Terms”) govern the purchase of business directory listings on Motokind (the “Directory”). By purchasing a listing, you (“Client”, “you”) agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. What’s Included in Your Listing
Your directory listing includes the following:
- [E.g., Business name, address, contact info, one image/logo, 50-word description, website link]
- [Premium listings may include featured placement, social media links, multiple categories, etc.]
What’s Not Included:
- We do not guarantee traffic, sales, or ranking improvements.
- Listing does not include ad placement, SEO services, or editorial promotion unless explicitly stated.
2. Payment Terms
- All payments must be made in full via Stripe/bank transfer at the time of purchase.
- Listings will go live within 7 business days of receiving payment and complete information.
- Pricing is listed clearly on our checkout page and is subject to change without notice for future renewals.
3. Refunds & Cancellations
- You may cancel your listing within 7 days of purchase for a full refund, provided the listing has not yet gone live.
- Once your listing is published, no refunds will be issued unless required by law.
- Recurring subscriptions can be cancelled at any time via your account dashboard or by written request, effective at the end of the current billing cycle.
4. Right to Reject or Remove Listings
We reserve the right to:
- Reject any listing we believe to be inappropriate, misleading, illegal, or not aligned with the Directory’s standards.
- Remove any listing at any time without notice if it breaches these Terms or our community guidelines.
- In such cases, no refund will be issued.
5. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and lawful information for your listing.
- Ensure you have the rights to all content submitted (e.g., logos, images, text).
- Update us promptly if your business information changes or becomes outdated.
6. Disclaimers & Limitations of Liability
- The Directory is provided “as is” and we make no warranties regarding listing performance, visibility, or return on investment.
- We are not liable for any loss, damages, or business interruption resulting from your use of the Directory.
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the listing in the previous 12 months.
7. Termination & Renewal
- Listings are active for 12 months if paid in full, or month-to-month if paid monthly and will automatically renew unless cancelled.
- You may terminate your listing at any time. No partial refunds will be issued for early termination.
- We reserve the right to discontinue or modify the Directory at any time, with reasonable notice.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
